POP arrests Eureka parolee for alleged meth possession
A Eureka Police Department’s Problem Oriented Policing (POP) officers arrested parolee Richard D. Castleman, 44 of Eureka on Tuesday for allegedly possessing a controlled substance for sale and an outstanding warrant, according to the police.
