I have an idea for a website. It will use the names of movies and TV shows and have little nuggets of information for each of them. I plan to generate revenue from the website from advertising. Is it somehow illegal to use the names of movies in my website?

To the extent that a movie or TV show serves as a trademark, nominative use is generally acceptable.
