Question by stargazer76: what are signs of sexual abuse in a 3 year old?
My little girl is 3 and keeps complaining that her body hurts and that it hurts “down there”. I tell her there’s no bobos there but then she says the bobos are inside. Should I be worried or is she just looking for attention?

take her to the doctor…could be sexual abuse, bladder infection, uti, etc
