Do i have a chance?

I am a 29 yr old single mom that has made some poor choices this year. I have been addicted to meth for the past 2 years. I was convicted of forgery back in march of this year and swore i would get my life together and break my addiction. No matter how hard i tried i couldnt stop. Then i was arrested again in July for the SAME crime. i decided then i needed to get help. The judge let me out of jail to go to a treatment center while waiting to be sentenced. I graduated from the intensive treatment after 8 weeks and the judge let me move into a half way house. Then i went on to get a job as a manager at a local cellular phone comany. I am active in self help groups and AA/NA meeting daily. I am also active in my childrens lives. Everything is getting back to the way things were before i became addicted. I have been sober for 6 months. I am going in front of the judge Do you think i convince the judge that i am ready to live a life free of crime?
