Drug rehab for families?

My friend just told me she is addicted to Meth and needs help, but she has two daughters and doesnt think she can go. She doesnt want to make a big scene or anything. So my question here is, are there any rehab places in California that she can go to that will allow her daughters to stay with her?
Well let me add that she is 20 and I am 19 and have my own son. I can only be there for her to a point.
