Question by Anonymous: How long does alcohol stay in the blood test taken by the police station?
When you get a DUI and taken to the station for a blood test, how long does the alcohol remain in the blood sample? Is it always there or does it eventually disappear?

If so, how long does it take to go away?

Any help would be great, thanks!
Also – the blood with the alcohol in it is about 8 months old right now, if that make any difference.. Thank you!
