Looking for an hour activity that can tie together spirituality and relapse prevention. This is for women in a inpatient rehab setting. Spirituality not religion.

Try reading the Basic Text of Narcotics Anonymous. Or if it is a group with high turnover, read the “white booklet” of NA.
