My fiancee just got out of jail and then he was sentenced to spend a year in a lock-down rehabilitation center. He ended up getting kicked out after a month and everything between us was fine before he got kicked out. He disappeared for five days, just like he used to when we were together before he went to jail. I’m six months pregnant. He called me last night and said he doesn’t know if he wants to be with me or not. He lost his voice for no reason, but when you smoke meth… you lose your voice. He might be facing four years in prison now.. Do I wait for him and show him I really love him? What happens if he disappears again when our child is five, how do I explain why daddy disappeared?
Thank you all for your answers.. I’m a recovering drug addict as well. I know what it’s liketo feel like you have nothing left which makes me not want to give up on him.. If he goes back to prison should I take our child to see him?

leave him, that sounds like a very dangerous man to raise a child with. He can’t care for himself, how is he going to care for you and your child?
