I smoked crack 3 times during the late 80s and have not used it since then. I do not recall the feeling the drug produced at the time of my high, although I recall feeling an emotional letdown and an obsessiveness towards the drug the day after I used it. The three times I used the drug occurred during a span of a month or two and there was at least a week between each use. I am so glad that fear of getting busted (I used to buy it in an open-air market in a suburban town) kept me from using it more and probably kept me from getting addicted.
