MOULTON — A Town Creek man has been accused of sexual contact with a 6-year-old girl. Lawrence County Sheriff Gene Mitchell said investigators arrested Paul Thomas Blankenship, 36, of 5658 Alabama 101, on Tuesday. They charged Blankenship with sexual abuse of a child under 12, a Class B felony.
