fines paid for alcohol treatment classes, UA’s, probation fines, court fines, alternative jail fines?

They go into the general fund for the most part, part of them are used for the programs you listed, salary and equipment, general funds are used for equipment purchases, salaries, and whatever the county needs in general from gravel trucks to radars.
