Pray pleads guilty for not registering as a sex offender
Keith Maisel Pray, 27, Hankinson, pleaded guilty in Southeast District Court Tuesday for failing to register as a sex offender in Richland County. The charge is a C felony, with a maximum penalty of a ,000 fine, five years in prison or both.
