chest pains associated to cocaine?

Question by Leah Michelle: chest pains associated to cocaine?
My boyfriend, Cameron, says that he has been having sudden chest pains within the last month or so. He is a current smoker, but hasn’t really been smoking long enough to have chest pains associated with nicotine. Just last year, however, he smoked crack-cocaine quite frequently. he has quit it since we’ve been together, this I know. He has also informed me that he has spit up blood, coughed up blood filled plegm, says its hard for him to breathe and has coughing fits out of no where. I’m concerned for his health and well-being and i just would like to know what is wrong with him. He is a delightful and hilarious guy who shouldnt be goin through this and i love him sooo much. I looked in health books and i mostly come out with him possibly havin a partly collapsed lung, TB or lung cancer, pneumonia, or pulled muscle from injury, pulmonary embolism or bronchitis. If anyone knows what this is or needs more info, just contact me at [email protected]. Thank you! ~Natalia
