A follow up question about an earlier post.
My wife smokes crack cocaine,I recently found it in her closet a couple of pipes a piece of rock to go with it.
I’m very concerned about my daughter,and I want to divorce and get custody of her.
I have since took pictures of that stuff that I found do y’all think that’s enough and maybe a mandatory drug test to go with it.

This is very hard because I would help my wife if she wanted but she likes the lifestyle she’s living so divorce is the only option I see now.
I just want to have all my ducks in a row where I wouldn’t loose custody of my little girl,I’d be terrified to leave her with my wife.
Do you guys have anymore suggestions for me,from anyone who’s been thru something similar.
I’m not doing this to be mean to my wife like some custody suits I’m just extremely concerned about my daughter’s welfare with her if I was to loose custody.

Oh someone suggested have proof and pictures while she’s smoking that junk,but how in the world am I supposed to do that??
She doesn’t work,she runs the roads all night and hangs around with the wrong crowd,there’s nothing I can say because she will curse me in front of the kids she just goes into a rage.
I wished it was all just a plan my friend.
This is a very hard situation when there’s kids involved.

Best thing is hire a private investigator to collect evidence of drug use. You can also turn into police with lesser results. The PI should have what is needed in one day.
