the CIA did fly cocaine into the US in the 1980’s to help fund the Contra Rebels in Nicaragua while at the same time Reagan enacted the anti-crack crime bills that made the sentances for crack 10 times that of regular cocaine even though they are both cocaine, the reason was middle class used powdered cocaine and the poor used crack.
