do you see racism in drug laws? in marriage courts? i do?

Question by Fred D: do you see racism in drug laws? in marriage courts? i do?
please read this all so you understand

we all know crack cocaine is found mostly in the ghetto. we all know it is used and sold there on a large scale. 5 grams of crack is a 5 year MINIMUM mandatory sentence. that means the smoker and seller are gone for 5 years

powder cocaine, as we all might also know, is found in richer white neighborhoods, suburbs and such. 500 grams of powder is a 5 year mms.

so why is that? crack cocaine is only cocaine with baking soda added and cooked, and baking soda is not illegal. powder cocaine is smokable as well as being injected, and snorted. 500 grams to 5 grams? somethings wrong there.

then, a white justice of peace denied a couple a marriage license because the man was black and the woman white and his excuse was ‘interracial marriages dont work, and i wouldnt do that to the kids’. BLATANT racism. im half black half white and i was accepted by my black peers more than the white ones. i cannot understand this insanity yet people swear racism is a thing of the past. i dont buy it.
