I have a friend who wants to get herself treated for her heroin addiction. She has just recently been unemployed, and her boyfriend left her. Her family is in another country, and she has no one to turn to but her friends like me. I want to know how I’m going to find a low-cost addiction treatment program in Carolina, Rhode Island. Any suggestions?
