she is LACTATING! SEEING BREAST MILK! IS IT POSSIBLE SHE IS PREGNANT? AND WHAT ARE CHANCES OF DEFORMED BABY, IF SHE IS? SHE DOES NOT! TAKE CARE OF HERSELF! WHAT SHOULD A HOMELESS, PREGNANT WOMAN DO? IF!! SHE IS PREGNANT? GO TO SOCIAL SERVICES? HAVE ABORTION?

If she is pregnant and is still doing drugs that it is very likely that the baby will be born deformed and depending on the severity of the drug use the baby may not make it at all. Most woman dont start lactating until 5 months and if thats the case, the baby is honestly going to be in critical condition. This is extremely complicated and she needs to go asap to a clinic and get tested and then social services can begin to help her and get her on medicaid and possibly some housing, depending on where you live and the wait for housing.

PS. An abortion may be necessary, only a doctor can say this for sure.
