Lexington Center for Recovery Names Assistant Clinic Director
Lexington Center for Recovery (LCR), one of the largest providers of alcohol and substance abuse treatment in the Hudson Valley, today announced that Pleasant Valley resident Rebecca Melendez has been named Assistant Clinic Director of the agency’s Mount Kisco clinic. She previously served as Director of the New Rochelle clinic.
(PRWEB) January 12, 2009 — Lexington Center for Recovery (LCR), one of the largest providers of alcohol and substance abuse treatment in the Hudson Valley, today announced that Pleasant Valley resident Rebecca Melendez has been named Assistant Clinic Director of the agency’s Mount Kisco clinic. She previously served as Director of the New Rochelle clinic.
As Assistant Clinic Director, Rebecca will be responsible for assisting the clinic’s director in overseeing daily clinic operations. She will also oversee the Generations program, which treats pregnant and post-partum women who abuse alcohol and other substances; and will oversee the Latino Track, which provides counseling services to the clinic’s Latino clients.
“Rebecca is extremely dedicated to helping our clients overcome their addictions. She is a perfect fit for her new role as Assistant Clinic Director,” said Dr. Adrienne Marcus, Executive Director of Lexington Center for Recovery.

A Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), Rebecca has been with Lexington Center for Recovery for 18 years. She holds an Associates Degree in Computer Applications and Business Administration from the College of Westchester.
