Question by Rhonda P: Is bathing a child in “ice cold water” used as punishment considered child abuse?
I was talking to a group made up of women that I am a member of, and one of the ladies said her eleven year old daughter went in the bathroom to take a bath and came out bone dry, so for punishment she washed the childs head and body in ice cold water. Is this abuse?
