The problem with the sentencing disparities is that “Crack is Black” and possession the sentencing disparity between crack and powdered cocaine is a form of racial discrimination.

Most of us are frequently exposed to styrofoam and never suffer ill affects. But set it on fire and the fumes will kill you in no time. Heat, especially from fire, can change the chemical composition of many I read many years ago tht crack is one of the most addictive substances in the world. I met a guy who worked in a rehab clinic and asked him about crack. He said it’s the most difficult drug to deal with and succesful rehabs are unusual.”
