i saw in a video on youtube that meth users get cuts and scabs and stuff on their face and body. how do they get there?

because when they tweak they scratch and peel their faces..
i think it makes them think there’s bugs on their faces or something.
i have no idea, i read a couple books about meth users, but i could be wrong since i havent experienced it myself.
