I have heard of people with shaking hands and shaking legs…to the point of not being able to hold onto things or hardly stand. Why would crack make people do this?

Excess adrenaline, perhaps? It causes so much energy that the body has to find some way to dispose of it – i.e. by involuntarily shaking.
