In court, New Brunswick girl, 9, tells of being robbed
NEW BRUNSWICK — The 9-year-old victim stood barely 4 feet tall, but she mustered the courage to speak in a clear voice to a judge in Superior Court Friday while the man who robbed stood nearby in shackles.
