Lawmakers approve borrowing $5.6 million for road work
LITTLE VALLEY – Cattaraugus County lawmakers Wednesday unanimously approved a $5.6 million borrowing plan to reconstruct and resurface many of the worst parts of the 400-mile county-road system.
