Blue Mound Votes To Fire Police Chief
The Blue Mound Fire Chief is wearing another hat after the city’s police chief was fired following a long battle with the Blue Mound City Council. A special meeting was called Tuesday to terminate Police Chief Troy Willis last week. But when one of the five council members did not show up, the Mayor and the city council tabled the motion to terminate until their next regularly scheduled meeting.
