Hillsdale shooting victim identified as East Palo Alto nonprofit co-founder
San Mateo police say they are looking for a black sedan in connection with Wedneday’s fatal shooting of 54-year-old David Lewis, co-founder of an East Palo Alto community group that helps troubled people get their lives back on track.
