How do you help someone who is on cocaine?

My cousin is a cocaine addict and he takes pergusets (don’t know if I spelled that right).. I’d greatly appreciate it if anyone can advise me in finding a rehab center, but also urging him to go. We’re not very close, but I do care very much for him. He’s about 36 years old and a lawyer, (go figure).. Thank you all for your time and attention.
