can you have meth withdrawal symptoms after using it the first time?

i had never done meth in my life until three days ago. i was smoking with a friend and one of her guy friends. he put the weed in his meth pipe and used it as a vaporizer. this cause the meth in the pipe to be laced with the weed. we smoked it and he later informed us that we had just done meth. here i am 3 days later and i’ve been severely depressed all day. ive been through stages of laying in the floor crying my eyes out, shaking, and hyperventilating. i randomly lose my breath and cant breathe and i just start crying. ive been extremely irritable and lashing out at my boyfriend out of nowhere. ive been so happy with life lately but ive spent all day today plotting my own death. ive just wanted to die. whats going on with me? is this cause of the meth? i know one thing is, ill NEVER do it again.
truuuust me, that boy is nooo friend of mine. and the girl i was with is definitely not interested in meth and neither am i. i tried telling my mom and she pulled the whole ‘teenage girl hormones’ story on me. ofcourse i didnt mention doing meth to her.
