What do I need to do to become a substance abuse counselor in PA?

My cousin passed away from drugs yesterday, and Ive always had a desire to become a substance abuse couneslor, and after yesterday, it is something that I really want to do. What do I need to do to become one in PA? Is an associates or a bachelors required? Anything will help. Thanks alot.
