my mom is on METH..!!??

i just found out my mom was outta jal on a $100,000 bond cuz she go caught with crack in her car…then two days later she went back to jail for doing meth…i havent seen my mom since i was 5…im 13 now…in the county 5 miles away she is known for her drug abuse while being pregnate with my brother and he is very sick too almost to death…..she is always in the paper for drug abuse and everyone in the county knows her and hates her she lives with three hispanics and worst part is she might have an STD from them she had me at 15 and left me when i was 5….i last talked to her on april 9 “06”…shes really sick too and since meth is the #1 killing drug in america what are the chances she will die??and can you give me some advise on how to approach her about this???(on the phone only though)thanx!!
