Federal housing funds, State Farm venture aids Chicanos Por La Causa
Chicanos Por la Causa is buoyed by two recent developments: It has won $137 million in federal funds for neighborhood revitalization, and it is opening the Commerce Plaza, which will include a computer lab, offices, retail shops and a food court.
