EVANSVILLE, Ind. (AP) — Brock Crawford and Brian Walker sat in a church classroom one recent Wednesday night, studying the Bible. Each was wearing a dress shirt and tie. That’s their normal routine, the Evansville men said. Not so long ago Crawford, 28, was dealing drugs. Walker, 25, was facing his second charge of driving under the influence.
