Is it normal to dream about drug abuse?

I used to be a crack-head & am recovering from my addictions. Every once in a while I’ll think about my using days. Lately, I’ve had dreams of smoking crack again, and not caring who knew. What does this dream mean?
My new addiction is food & I am now obese. When I was a crack-head, I was thin. I’ve been trying to lose weight, but it’s more difficult to lose weight without drugs.
