Is there any financial assistance available for drug rehabilitation?

A family member of mine needs to enter drug rehab but everyone we contacted says that it will cost at least $100 a day and we do not have that kind of money (he has no insurance and isn’t on state aid) Do you know of anyway that we can get him the help he needs? We live in Wisconsin.
