Looking for animated music video about drug abuse?

. It came out on mtv sometimes between 2004, and 2007. In the video the guys shooting up, and getting drugs from this nurse he sleeps with and crap. I cant remember the name or words, but I cant get the video in general out of my head. Anyone know what it is?
