Why do conservatives give Obama a hard time about prior cocaine use, but not George W Bush?

I have even seen some exagerate Obama’s experimentation with cocaine as a teenager to the point where they make false claims that he sold cocaine, or even smoked crack.
George W Bush used cocaine much more frequently at an older age than Obama, and they have no problem with it.
