Need to kick boyfriend out because of drug abuse?
My boyfriend currently lives with me, we are both on the lease as him as the primariy. I was added on the lease, but because I am going throught a bankruspy, the apartment owners wanted to kick me out. Well to make a long story short, the resident manger at the time made a mistake when i was added and I was allowed to stay with the help of a lawyer. Well my boyfriend of 1 year has an addiction to pain med’s and i would like to kick him out for his drug use. This isn’t the first time i had to deal with this drug issue, as he has done crack cocine and meth before. How do i go about it under the cirimataces? I understand that I will have to have him servied with eviction notice. But would I get kicked out if I told the the aprtment owners what the sittuation is? I can afford the rent with no problem. I have to do something ASAP!
