Is it possible to be addicted to Crystal Light ?!?

i drink alot of crystal light you know tha kind made of powder ?
the orange strawbery and banana flaver .. and its close to the drug crystal meth ( my friend told me , her moms in rehab for it )
and im realy scared im gonna end up homelse on the streets if i keep adicted to it ! help !
can youtell me if its simalr to the drug meth ? !
