what is the difference between abuse and addiction?
I am currently struggling because I have been told that I have an addiction. It’s actually not to a substance exactly, but more to a behavior. Anyway, I don’t know if I abuse it or I am addicted to it. I have tried many times to stop, use the behavior and its content like a drug, and it is disturbing my life. Anyway, give me some help here please. You can use the example of substance abuse or alcoholism if you need although mine in some ways is different.
