Las Encinas, a hospital known for treating celebrity patients, has a celebrity on its roster – Dr. Drew Pinsky is the Medical Director for the Dept. of Chemical Dependency Services. The LA Times recently reported that 4 people have died in this hospital due to overmedication and patient neglect, and the hospital is under investigation by state agencies.
