Can the effects of crystal meth on the face be reversed if the user quits?

I know this chick who used to model, then had some kids and got fat, then found meth (and abandoned her kids). She has been using crystal meth (smoking) for about three years and has aged about ten in the face. She has seduced and messed around with about every guy my friends and I know, including several married men and frankly, we can’t stand her. She claims she went to rehab last year but I just found out she’s smoking again.

So, will this skank’s face go back to being pretty if she stops using? I hope for her kid’s sake she does, but personally I’d like to see her keep looking worse and worse until no man will have her. Than maybe she’ll actually focus on her poor kids.

So, WILL a user’s face revert back to normal, or is the damage permanent?

Don’t call me heartless, she’s a home wrecker and earned everyone’s enmity. I can’t help her, she’s hates me because my boyfriend went back to me after fooling around with her. Please answer the question, and state your qualifications
