Is it true that Bill and Hillary Clinton look as if they haven’t slept in weeks because of cocaine abuse?

All one has to do is look at their eyes. Especially Bill’s. He looks like he hasn’t slept in 20 years. He even looked like that when he was first running for president. He did pardon all thos cocaine dealers didn’t he? And hillary! She looks like the ghost from Little Rock. Scaryyy.
