sister used to be addicted to cocaine and is now using again please help?

My 22 year old sister used to use cocaine heavy…and rehab helped now shes back using again for 2-3 weeks what will happen if she stops now? will there be withdrawls after 2-3 weeks of heavy use? what are symptoms of withdrawls someone please help is there anything to help her with withdrawls?
