My friend was arrested for attempting to steal anhydrous ammonia to manufacture crystal meth. She’s sitting in jail right now and has a hearing on the 11th. The charges are Class 3 felonly. What most likely will be her sentence? Jail time? Drug Treatment and probation?
She’s never been in trouble before, but in the past 4 months she got herself addicted to heroin and crystal meth and now hangs around a pretty rough bunch. Her family and I are wondering what are the chances of her going to prison/jail for any length of time?
