Looking for facts about the relationship between mental illness and addiction, any ideas?
I am writing a 4 page, college paper (one of many) and need a little help. I’m burned out! I chose the topic. It’s discussing the relationship between addiction and mental illness. I can take any alngle I want but I need to use scholarly journals/textbooks…sources with verified facts. You get the idea. When I chose the topic I felt passionately about it because I have a sister who is bipolar and has been an addict for 20 years. I am struggling with putting that passion into my paper. Anyone know any intriguing facts that might inspire me a little or know any organizations that treat dual diagnoses effectively that might also have an informative website I could look at?
