meth abuse?

Can anyone EVER get off of meth? My granddaughter has been using meth for 8 years now. Her children – she has three children – were taken away and my daughter has custody. Is there any hope for my granddaughter?

When I was growing up there was no such thing as meth – but there was heroin.
