Emancipation in California at 16?

I live in California. I am almost 16 years old. I currently have a very low GPA ( 1.2 ) and am transferring into a one of the top Continuation High Schools. ( Apollo High School ) I have run away 4 times within the past 3 months. I have a poor relationship with my family, my mother has M.S ( Multiple Sclerosis ) and she has am addiction to Crystal Meth. My father is in rehabilitation for 8 more months, due to alcholism. I’m unable to get a job yet, because of my low GPA, so i am not allowed a job permit yet. and i have no clue where I would live. All I know is that if i continue living with my mother ill will end up either killing myself or her.

I need extreme advice on Emancipation. I know the main stuff, but i need a free local attorney I believe. And my mother and i have already had a short talk about me getting emancipated and i think she might just let me with proper reason.
