affordable boarding schools for troubled teens?

My fiance’s 16 yo daughter is the cliche troubled teen: drug use, running away constantly, etc. He does not have many resources and it is obvious that she needs an in-treatment sort of boarding school. They all look ridiculously expensive. Any advice?
