New Pot Dispensaries Could Be Delayed
With a year-long moratorium prohibiting new medical marijuana dispensaries from opening in Pueblo city and county, the new regulatory bill recently passed by state lawmakers has some in Pueblo concerned that patients won’t have access to a local dispensary to fulfill their needs before 2011.
